The RBWH Triple Lock was completed and commissioned in 2002 with the intention of being mothballed for 5 years.
Seven years later, the Fink Engineering team chased out the spiders and began the process of getting this magnificent facility back on line, replacing some consumable items and using the benefit of 5 years of development to update systems. Operational since late 2009, The RBWH Triple Lock is now in daily use.
