Environmental control system

Temperature and humidity are kept at a comfortable level inside the chamber by our low noise (< 50 Dba) recirculating Environmental Control System which is powered by a continual flush of fresh air.

The image below shows how the air is circulated through the chamber. Fresh air is introduced into the twin ducts at the top of the chamber and flows through adjustable registers where it mixes into the chamber atmosphere. This air then flows through the chamber and is drawn up into the vertical ducts where part of it is recirculated and the other exhausted from the chamber. The recirculated air is then heated or cooled as necessary to keep the chamber occupants thermally comfortable.
